Heartland Corn Products has been in business since 1995 starting at 15 million gallons per year and has expanded to 100 million gallons per year by 2006. The company has a great track record with an excellent financial balance sheet. This is a great opportunity for qualified buyers to invest in an organization with sound & experienced management team and a terrific debt to asset ratio. The Winthrop plant has rail line access with an established customer base. Buyers will need to be board approved upon successful bid. Terms: No Buyers Premium, when a buyer enters into sales contract they shall pay 10% of bid on the day of the auction. Sale at auction will be posted price, shares will be posted & published for additional bid. Seller has the right to reject any and all bids on day of auction. This will take place after the auction, in Buyer & Seller only meeting. Buyer must register on or before auction. All Non-members will need to be preapproved by Heartland Corn Products. Sale is subject to HCP bylaws and sale process will be handled in accordance. Buyers are responsible to collect their own information. Anything said the day of the auction takes precedence over written material.
